How black Baltimore drug dealers are using white supremacist legal theories to confound the Feds.

I haven’t had a chance to read through the entire thing yet (apparently “working” is a priority today), but I love the idea that these guys are using an old racist/seperatist defense strategy hinging on the idea that the government has no jurisdiction over them as flesh and blood men, only over their identities.  Take that, 14th Amendment!

Also, this would have made for an amazing episode of The Wire.
