If there is one thing you read on the internet today, it should be this. I am SHOCKED this isn’t satire.
To Siouxland residents, many of whom consider themselves connoisseurs of fine food, a city is not a city without an Olive Garden. So as of Monday, Sioux City becomes a real city.
The icing on the cake: casual use of the term “OG” — but not that OG — in phrases like “the OG’s manicotti formaggio” and “the OG yearning”.

Bruce Lee a Symbol of Unity in Bosnia
The town of Mostar in southern Bosnia has erected a golden statue of Bruce Lee. Apparently the kung-fu star is seen as an inspiration to the still deeply-divided Croat and Bosniak inhabitants.
Luna (my lady friend) and I are leaving next Friday on a vacation that will take us through Mostar, among other spots in Bosnia, Croatia and Germany. Euro-trip plus wacky ninja statue photo-op? Outstanding.
